4. Taxation and Pricing
Non-EU Customers: Services provided to customers outside the European Union are exempt from Spanish VAT (IVA) in accordance with Article 21 of Law 37/1992.
EU Business Customers: For B2B transactions within the EU, the Reverse Charge mechanism applies. Customers must provide a valid VAT number.
EU Individual Customers: VAT will be applied according to the current regulations (OSS system) where applicable.
